Why won’t the site Load up all the images / site in my browser?
This Site has been extensively tested in all major browsers. The site is viewable via these other browsers; Microsoft® Internet Explorer© 6 and 7, Mozilla©, Netscape© Firefox©, Opera© or Apples Safari©.
We test them in the latest versions of the browsers as well as where possible the earlier iterations. If you are not using the latest version of your browser please upgrade it.
Whilst this seems like a bit of a cop out in terms of making the site viewable, you should endeavour to upgrade your browser whenever they release a newer version for personal security reasons. Older browsers tend to be less secure and could infect your machine with viruses (malicious code which can break or damage yours and an other internet connected machines), Spyware (software which monitors your browsing habits and reports the information back to 3rd parties you have not given your implicit consent to receive this information) and Trojans (programs which are downloaded and then can be connected to later in order to misuse the resources of your computer, inflict damage, steal information or similar).
Even if you are running in an Apple Mac or Linux environment you can still pass on the malicious software and code you have downloaded to others even if you are not personally affected.
All browsers download copies of the site images to your local machine regardless of the type of operating system. The purpose of this is to speed up browsing times by reusing the data you have downloaded locally. It is much quicker to access the file from your local machine than it is to re-download it from the website again. Some times these downloaded items, known as Cached (pronounced Cashed not Cah Che'd) items downloads can time out or be overwritten in this case the browser may attempt to get them from the original source or if the page has finished loading it will not render them to the page, meaning they disappear or don't show up.
In these circumstances you need to clear your Cache and then refresh or reload the page.
Instructions on how to clear your Cache can be found via Google for the best results please type in the search term Clear cookies in ***, Where *** is the name of your browser.
Why can't I log in and get full access to the Members area area of the site?

This area is password protected and is only available to members of the club, their friends and family, and authorised users.

We do allow members of the public who have registered on site to have access to the majority of the information on the site, there are some additional features which Members have access to as part of their membership of the club.
It should be noted it is a criminal offence under the Misuse of Computers Act to attempt to gain access to password protected areas of the site or indeed any part of the site which you are not authorised for. We will take the strongest possible action against anyone attempting to gain access in an illegal manner.
